While we strive to provide Southern Colorado with the highest quality gardening supplies, we know that not all purchases will be a perfect fit for your garden needs! Please read below for information about returning your purchase.
All sales on plant nutrients, supplements or fertilizer are final. For safety and quality control reasons, returns of any kind on nutrients will not be accepted, no exceptions. This includes but is not limited to: liquid nutrients, solution-grade nutrients, dry amendments and nutrients, powdered or soluble fertilizer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Returns on all other items can be made in store up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All products returned must be in original packaging and proof of purchase (original receipt) must be presented to sales associate.
Returns will be issued in the form of store credit or gift card. Cash refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and will be the sole discretion of SoCo Organics Garden Center Management to issue a cash refund.

Returns on purchases with a Warranty Claim will be handled by SoCo Organics General Manager. The product must be returned to SoCo Organics Garden Center in original packaging with a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt). Once the product is received by the manufacturer, a course of action will be discussed with the customer to determine whether the product is repaired and replaced or refunded. Because a warranty is issued by the manufacturer of the product and not the retail store, SoCo Organics does not guarantee or assume any liability for the broken/damaged product, and acts solely as an intermediary between the consumer and the manufacturer.
